Apparently Matilda uses more water than any other boat, this might be true but I think Matt just tires of constantly making water. We have a water-maker or desalinator and it is amazingly efficient. We use this water for everything avoiding the questionable local water supplies. We are the proud owners of an all in one washer/dryer which is a much admired appliance by other cruisers.
